Abuse — Richard David Atler, 42, of the 30 block of Comice Way, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Atler Sunday on charges of assault in the fourth degree, harassment and disorderly conduct in the second degree. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Monday.
Identity theft — Heather Anne Dean, 30, no address reported. Medford police arrested Dean Monday on charges of identity theft, supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine and heroin. She was booked into jail and held on $20,000 bail.
Theft — Dillan James Fuerstenberg, 27, no address reported. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Fuerstenberg Saturday on charges of interfering with a peace officer, reckless endangering, criminal mischief, reckless driving and attempting to elude police by foot and vehicle. Medford police added charges of theft in the first degree and unauthorized use of a vehicle on Monday. He was held in jail on $67,500 bail.
Eluding — Andre Michel Valles, 25, of the 100 block of Beverly Way, Central Point. Medford police arrested Valles Monday on charges of reckless driving, interfering with a peace officer, reckless endangering, attempting to elude police by vehicle, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of intoxicants and on warrant for alleged parole violations. He was booked into jail and held on $32,500 bail.
