Felony arrests

Attempted burglary — Colton Lane Cuculich, 22, no address reported. Medford police arrested Cuculich Sunday on charges of attempted burglary in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree. He was booked into jail and held on $10,000 bail.

Firearm — Anthony Roushell Gray Jr., 23, of the 2500 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Gray Saturday on charges of possessing cocaine, reckless driving, carrying or concealing a firearm and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Monday.

DUI — Kenneth Ryan Harmon, 26, of the 700 block of Nicolas Lee Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Harmon Sunday on one felony charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Conduct — James Edward Lopez, 34, of Stockton, Calif. Medford police arrested Lopez Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct in the second degree and criminal mischief in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $10,000 bail.

Mistreatment — Christopher A Pitts, 49, of the 1100 block of Second Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pitts Saturday on five charges of criminal mistreatment in the first degree and five charges of aggravated theft in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $152,500 bail.

Harassment — Jacob Brian Robinson, 24, no address reported. Ashland police arrested Robinson Saturday on charges of aggravated harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Mischief — Troy E Tolliver, 52, of the 8800 block of Dead Indian Memorial Road, Ashland. Medford police arrested Tolliver Saturday on seven charges of criminal mischief in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $37,500 bail.
