Drugs ― Steven Richard Nagel, 33, of the 500 block of Fairmont Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Nagel Friday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on a Douglas County warrant. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $30,000 bail.
Burglary ― Charles Eric Simi, 44, of the 500 block of Grand Avenue, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Simi Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and aggravated harassment, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail.
Forgery ― Charles Raymond Sutton Jr., 24, of the 300 block of Main Street, Butte Falls. Medford police arrested Sutton Friday on two felony counts of first-degree forgery, a misdemeanor warrant charging him wit providing false information to police, and on warrants for violating his probation on prior forgery, heroin possession and meth possession convictions. He was held in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail.
Impaired Driving ― David Frederick Haugaard, 62, of the 2600 block of Stearns Way, Medford. Jacksonville police arrested Haugaard Saturday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance.
Sexual Abuse ― Brendon Noel Rempillo, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Rempillo Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse and on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Saturday on $255,000 bail.
