Officer Assault — Suzette Breeze Millican, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Millican Friday on a felony charge of assaulting a police or public safety officer and a misdemeanor charges of harassment. Millican was originally arrested Feb. 16 on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree theft, unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was later charged in Jackson County Circuit Court with felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and attempting to elude police in a cehicle, and misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault, strangulation, menacing, second-degree trespassing, harassment, and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon. She was held in the Jackson County jail Saturday on $172,500 bail.
Criminal Mischief — Carlos Lanier Sanders, 60, of the 1800 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Sanders Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance.
