Felony arrests

Criminal Mistreatment — Cheyenne Aurora Earll, 22, of the 200 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Earll Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mistreatment, two misdemeanor counts of second-degree criminal mischief and a count of second-degree trespassing. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Andrew Nicholas Seelig, 25, of the 700 block of Fourth Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Seelig Tuesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen vehicle, and misdemeanor counts of driving while suspended or revoked, reckless driving and hit-and-run property damage. He was held in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.

Attempted Murder — Isaac Matthew Arellano, 28, of the 2900 block of Pioneer Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Arellano Wednesday on felony charges of attempted second-degree murder, second-degree assault, first-degree sodomy, unlawful use of a weapon, coercion and felon in possession of a firearm. He was held in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.

Identity Theft — Raymond Santos Delacruz, 38, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Delacruz Wednesday on an additional charge of identity theft. Medford police originally arrested Delacruz Tuesday on a California felony fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Wednesday on $257,500 bail.

Marijuana — Henry Maldonado, 37, no known address. On Wednesday, Maldonado made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of unlawfully possessing a marijuana item and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully delivering marijuana and unlawfully possessing heroin. Medford police originally arrested Maldonado April 22 for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. Central Point police on Monday arrested Maldonado on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.

Luring a Minor — Joshua Daniel Olivares, 25, of the 1800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Central Point police arrested Olivares Wednesday on a felony charge of luring a minor. He was booked in the jail Wednesday.
