Felony arrests

Marijuana Crime — Salvador Lopez, 23, of Oakland, California. The Jackson County Illegal Marijuana Enforcement Team arrested Lopez Thursday on felony charges of unlawfully delivering and manufacturing a marijuana item. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Ruben Rivera-Rodriguez, 21, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rivera-Rodriguez Thursday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, possessing methamphetamine and for violating his probation on a prior meth possession conviction. He was held in jail Friday on $10,000 bail.

Coercion — Jeffrey Edward Sandoval Jr., 41, of the 1200 block of Ashford Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Sandoval Thursday on felony charges of coercion and unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of contempt of court for violating a no-contact-order, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and menacing. He was held in jail Friday on $115,000 bail.

Elude — Andrew Wyatt Beyer, 40, of the 14200 block of Highway 238, Applegate. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Beyer Friday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was booked in the jail Thursday.

Assault — Richard Earl Parke, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Parke Friday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, a misdemeanor charge of harassment and on misdemeanor warrants for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Friday on $17,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Cornelio Reyes, 26, no known address. On Friday, Reyes made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle and on a misdemeanor count of possessing heroin. Medford police originally arrested Reyes May 9 on felony charges of coercion, strangulation constituting domestic violence and first-degree criminal mischief. He was later charged this week on charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was held in jail Friday on $535,000 bail.

Weapon — Samara Angela Rogers, 35, of the 400 block of Union Avenue, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Rogers Friday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. She was held in jail Friday on $30,000 bail.
