Police are asking for tips to find a Jacksonville man who hasn’t been seen for more than a week.

Eric James Wroblewski, 51, was last spotted May 17 by a city employee on near the Ray’s Food Place in Jacksonville, according to Jacksonville police Sgt. Greg Nichols.

“That’s the last known time that we’ve seen him in town,” Nichols said.

Wroblewski lives with his family on property out in the Applegate area, and tends to come and go, according to Nichols, but eventually enough time passed that it “drew red flags” for his family.

The family’s attempts to reach him on his cellphone have also been unsuccessful.

The family reported Wroblewski missing Tuesday night “just based on the amount of time that elapsed,” according to Nichols.

Police say Wroblewski “is known to frequent the Medford and Jacksonville areas.”

He is described as 5-feet, 8-inches tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and weighing 155 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call Jacksonville police at 541-899-7100 during business hours on weekdays, or after hours by calling non-emergency dispatch at 541-776-7206, or by calling 911.
