Drugs — Jason Flitton, 48, of the 1000 block of Woodrow Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Flitton Sunday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of unlawfully possessing oxycodone and meth and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Sunday after posting bond.
Burglary — Franklin Morris Kosters, 43, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Kosters Sunday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, first-degree trespassing and harassment. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.
Vehicle Theft — Corinna Raylene Benitez, 26, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Benitez Monday on felony charges of possessing a stolen vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on a misdemeanor charge reckless driving. She was booked in the jail Monday and no longer an inmate as of Tuesday.
Theft — Daoud Reginald Brown, 51, of Bellevue, Wash. Medford police arrested Brown Monday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully entering a vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.
Theft — Christopher Randall Anderson, 29, of the 12200 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. On Tuesday, Anderson made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new felony charge of first-degree theft and a new misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Anderson Saturday on a warrant out of Josephine County. He was held in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.
Elude — Jose David Arias-Quezada, 22, of the 300 block of DeBarr Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Arias-Quezada Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Tuesday.
Marijuana — Justine Abigail Postlethwait, 30, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Medford police arrested Postlethwait Tuesday on felony warrants charging her with unlawfully delivering and possessing a marijuana item and supplying contraband, a misdemeanor warrant charging her with unlawfully possessing heroin and tampering with evidence, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and meth, and for violating her probation on prior convictions for delivering and possessing heroin and possessing meth. She was held in jail Tuesday without bail.
Weapon Use — Jacob W. Sexton, 24, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medod police arrested Sexton Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor charge of menacing. He was held in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.
