Drugs — Rudolph Edward Ortiz, 38, of the 100 block of Portland Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Ortiz Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule I controlled substance and felon in possessing of a firearm, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended or revoked and for violating his parole on a prior heroin delivery conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday.
Assault — Frank Lionell Yates III, 34, of Weed, California. Ashland police arrested Yates Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Thursday.
Child Pornography — David Jadell Durham-Gendreau, 36, of the 100 block of Castle Court, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Durham-Gendreau Thursday on felony warrants charging him with five felony counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. He was held in jail Thursday.
Strangulation — Tristan William Moore, 24, no known address. Ashland police arrested Moore Thursday on felony warrants charging him with strangulation constituting domestic violence, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and driving while suspended or revoked, misdemeanor warrants on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, fourth-degree assault and failing to appear in court on a previous charge of providing false information to police. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
Sexual Abuse — A. Steve Jannaii Pena-Carlton, 27, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Pena-Carlton Thursday on a felony charges of second-degree sexual abuse and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, and on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Thursday.
Drugs — Christopher Robert Agudo Socia, 29, of the 1100 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Socia Thursday on a felony charge of delivering heroin, a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing heroin and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
Marijuana Conspiracy — Ashley Thomas Whitley, 44, of the 400 block of Murphy Gulch, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Whitley Thursday on felony warrants charging him with conspiring to unlawfully deliver a marijuana item and two counts of unlawfully deliver a marijuana item. He was held in jail Thursday.
