Identity Theft — Lyric Hydiea Farmer, 23, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Farmer made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new felony charge of identity theft and new misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft, second-degree forgery and second-degree possessing a forged instrument. Medford police originally arrested Farmer April 9 on felony charges of first- and second-degree robbery and second-degree assault. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $207,500 bail.
Impaired Driving — Austin James Plumlee, 23, of the 300 block of South Livingston Way, Grants Pass. On Wednesday, Plumlee made his initial court appearance on a new felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies originally arrested Plumlee June 15 on warrants for violating his probation on prior coercion and strangulation convictions. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
Drugs — Joshua Lee Sandusky, 43, no known address. On Wednesday, Sandusky made a court appearance on a felony charge of possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine, and on new misdemeanor charges of failing to report as a sex offender, interfering with police, second-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.
