Assault — Darrell Shon McGhee, 43, of the 4000 block of Foothill Boulevard, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested McGhee Wednesday on two felony warrants charging him with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of violating his probation on a prior fourth-degree assault conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.
Rape — Nicholes Reed Barber, 23, no known address, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Barber Thursday on a felony charges of third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy, and misdemeanor charges of third-degree sexual abuse and funishing liquor to a minor or intoxicated person. He was held in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail.
Burglary — Walter Dan Delamar, 40, of the 600 block of Oak Street, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Delamar Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree burglary and misdemeanor warrants on charges of second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Thursday.
Drugs — Joel Daniel Dixon, 55, of the 300 block of De Barr Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Dixon Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine, manufacturing, delivering and possessing cocaine, manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Thursday on more than $1 million bail.
