Felony arrests

Forgery — Abigail Faith Brady, 23, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Brady Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree forgery, a misdemeanor charge of negotiating a bad check and for violating her parole on a prior fourth degree assault conviction. She was held in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Brandon Dale Engman, 24, no address reported. Medford police arrested Engman Saturday on felony warrants charging him with delivering heroin and methamphetamine, misdemeanor warrants for unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and heroin, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and failing to appear in court on a previous charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, for violating his probation on prior heroin possession and felon in possession of a firearm convictions. Medford police originally arrested Engman Thursday on a Lane County warrant. He was held in jail Saturday on $95,000 bail.

Strangulation — Yasthil Bodasingh, 23, of the 2400 block of Lara Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Bodasingh Saturday on charges of strangulation, menacing and assault in the fourth degree. He was booked into jail Saturday and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Failure to report — Daniel Jacob Clarke, 23, of the 1900 block of Canyon Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Clarke Sunday on one charge of failing to report as a sex offender, a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine and on warrant for alleged parole violations. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Drugs — Brian Alan Horn, 28, no address reported. Medford police arrested Horn Saturday on charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other drug charges. He was booked into jail Saturday and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Burglary — Alfred William Mabrier, 43, of Weed, Calif. Ashland police arrested Mabrier Saturday on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment, menacing, assault in the second degree and burglary in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $135,000 bail.

Burglary — Jose Guadalupe Noriega-Espinosa, 25, no address reported. Medford police arrested Noriega-Espinosa Saturday on charges of criminal trespass, theft in the second and third degrees, criminal mischief and burglary in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $36,000 bail.

Weapon — Gary Leland Ray, 71, of the 3900 block of Corey Road, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ray Sunday on charges of menacing and possessing a restricted weapon and firearm as a convicted felon. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Drugs — Casey Lee Wnorowski, 37, of the 1500 block of Dixie Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Wnorowski Sunday on charges of manufacturing, possessing and delivering methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday.
