Felony arrests

Marijuana — Janette Espino Rodriguez, 38, of the 200 block of West Bolz Road, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Espino Sunday on a felony warrant charging her with unlawfully possessing a marijuana item. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Sunday and released Monday after posting bond.

Drugs — Dylan Guy Bleacher, 26, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Medford police arrested Bleacher Tuesday on a felony charge of delivering cocaine, and misdemeanor charges of delivering a Schedule IV controlled substance, interfering with police, resisting arrest and third-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday.

Assault — Kaitlin Dawn Bowman, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Bowman Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She was held in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Elude — Monique Mary Anne Gallego-Mendeola, 22, of the 200 block of Northwest E Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Gallego-Mendeola Tuesday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on two misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person. She was booked in the jail Tuesday.

Drugs — Christine Marie Gonzalez, 43, of the 1800 block of Valley View Drive, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Gonzalez Tuesday on felony warrants charging her with possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine, and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and heroin, first-degree trespassing and third degree theft. She was held in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.

Sex Offender — Lamar Esquire McKinzie, 52, no known address. Medford police arrested McKinzie Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to report as a sex offender. He was held in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Child Pornography — Michael Allen Woodrome, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Woodrome Tuesday on eight felony counts of first-degree encourgaging child sexual abuse, a misdemeanor contempt of court charge accusing him of violating a no-contact order and on a Medford Municipal Court warrant charging him with failing to appear on a previous charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Tuesday on $88,000 bail.
