Theft — Arturo Regalado, 23, of the 100 block of South B Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Regalado Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.
Robbery — Douglas Arthur Hacket, 35, of the 3600 block of Avenue G., White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hacket Friday on felony charges of third-degree robbery, first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and second-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Friday on $45,000 bail.
Elude — Javier Manuel Morales, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Morales Friday on felony warrants charging him with two counts of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor warrants on charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and reckless driving. He was held in jail Friday on $35,000 bail.
Assault — Terry Linn Norton, 59, no known address. On Friday, Norton made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on misdemeanor charges of harassment, offensive littering, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and contempt of court charges for violating no-contact orders. He was held in jail Friday on $145,000 bail.
