Felony arrests

Murder ― Wiley River Foxx, 18, of the 200 block of Second Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Foxx Thursday on a felony murder charge. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday.

Weapons ― Chad Allen McPherson, 29, of the 2000 block of Shelly Lane, Prospect. Oregon State Police troopers arrested McPherson Thursday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm, a felony warrant charging him with unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor warrants charging him with delivering a Schedule IV controlled substance, driving while suspended or revoked, providing false information to police, failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving while suspended or revoked and violating his probation on prior first-degree theft, felon in possession of a firearm and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle convictions. He was held in jail Thursday on $62,500 bail.

Drugs ― Ronald Jim Milhoan, 56, of the 1300 block of West Stewart Avenue, Medford. On Thursday, Milhoan made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on new felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Milhoan May 27 on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering meth. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Rape ― Diego Noel Santillan, 18, of the 2500 block of Avenue A, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Santillan Thursday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, attempted first-degree rape and attempted first-degree sexual abuse, first- and second-degree unlawful sexual penetration, first- and second-degree sodomy and on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with with public indecency. He was held in jail Thursday on $1 million bail.

Drugs ― Robert Linn Taylor, 50, of the 3100 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. On Thursday, Taylor made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of delivering methamphetamine. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Taylor June 9 on felony charges of first- and second-degree manslaughter and misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was held in jail Thursday on $255,000 bail.

Assault ― Wesley Adam Walker, 28, of the 1100 block of Peachwood Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Walker Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constitituing domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Thursday on $12,500 bail.

Drugs ― Chance Paul Wester, 26, of the 700 block of South Shasta Avenue, Medford. On Thursday, Wester made his initial court appearance on a new felony charge of delivering methamphetamine and new misdemeanor counts of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Medford police originally arrested Wester Thursday on warrants for violating his probation on prior vehicle theft and identity theft convictions. He was held in jail Thursday on $85,000 bail.
