Vehicle theft — Arik L.C. Boucher, 39, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle as well as for resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Boucher is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $12,500 bail.
Unlawful firearm possession — Michael G. Davis, 36, of the 200 block of Shadow Brooke Drive, Cave Junction. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Tuesday for a warrant issued by Josephine County as well as charges for unlawful carrying or concealing a weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving with a suspended or revoked license, misdemeanors. Davis is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Theft — Sandee Dane Kensinger, 38, no reported address. Kensinger was arrested Tuesday on two counts of first degree theft, two counts for failure to appear for first degree theft and a parole violation of unlawful possession of less than an ounce of methamphetamine, as well as charges for unlawful entry into an automobile, second degree theft, fourth degree assault, and failures to appear on unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second and third degree theft, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, criminal trespass and carrying a concealed weapon. Kensinger is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $85,500 bail.
Parole violation — Kevin Charles Pelletier, 32, no reported address. Pelletier was arrested Tuesday by Medford Police for a parole violation of unlawful use of a weapon, and menacing, a misdemeanor. Pelletier is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Ciera Shay Powers, 26, no reported address. Powers was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a warrant issued by Josephine County, a failure to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for failure to appear on second degree disorderly conduct. Powers is being held in the Jackson County jail without bail.
