Felony arrests

Failure to appear — Phillip Michael Delacruz, 41, of the 1600 block of Easy Street, Medford. Delacruz was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear for first degree burglary as well as failures to appear in the second degree for resisting arrest, second degree criminal trespass, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and interfering with a peace, parole or probation officer. Delacruz is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $17,500 bail.

Theft — Dillan James Fuerstenberg, 28, no reported address. He was arrested by Central Point Police Wednesday for first degree theft, and attempted first degree theft, a misdemeanor. Fuerstenberg is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $12,000 bail.

Parole violation — Tyreese Lasaun Key, 24, no reported address. Key was arrested Wednesday for a parole violation, second degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief. Key, a registered sex offender, is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Parole violation — Mario Richard Victor Salcedo, 35, of the 700 block of Northwood Street, Medford. He was arrested on Wednesday for a parole violation of strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, a felony. Salcedo is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Warrants — Ryan Justin Wagner, 37, no reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for warrants issued by Douglas County and Marion County. Wagner is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Stolen vehicle possession — Javier Zamarripa, 29, of the 1500 block of Antelope Road, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police Wednesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. Zamarripa is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.
