Felony arrests

Failures to appear -- Ryan Bill Diaz, 38, 2900 block of Fairweather Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Ashland Police Saturday on a failure to appear warrant for identity theft and for misdemeanor failures to appear for third degree theft, fourth degree assault, second degree criminal trespass and unlawful use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace. Diaz is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,500 bail.

Strangulation-domestic abuse -- Glenn Keith Maxwell, 34, of 2400 block of Terrimont Street, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse. Maxwell is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.

Parole violation-drugs -- Emmanuel Navarro, 26, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday on a parole violation, unlawful possession of heroin. Navarro is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault-domestic abuse -- Samuel James Roberson, 25, of Nita Lynne Lane, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday on a charge of fourth degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and for misdemeanor harassment. Robeson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $12,500 bail.

Parole violation-burglary -- Anthony James Winsbury, 34, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. He was arrested by Central Point Police Friday for a parole violation, first degree burglary, unlawful possession of heroin, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance attempting to elude police by vehicle, driving while on a suspended or revoked license and two misdemeanor charges for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine and providing false information to a peace officer. Winsbury is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
