Felony arrests

Drugs — Mason Richard Barrett, 21, of the 1900 block of Dale Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for a parole violation, unlawful delivery of cocaine, as well as counts of both unlawful delivery and unlawful manufacture of cocaine. Misdemeanor charges include unlawful possession of cocaine, unlawful manufacture and unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. Barrett is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Warrant — Samuel McCauley Bowling, 33, of the 93300 block of Hillcrest Lane, North Bend. He was arrested by Phoenix Police Wednesday for a warrant issued by Lake County. He is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Jeffrey Eugene Fulwider, 34, of the 2600 block of West Main Street, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday for unlawful delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first degree criminal mischief, and for these misdemeanors: one count each for attempting to elude a police officer by vehicle, attempting to flee a police officer by foot, attempting to interfere with an officer, failures to appear for second degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Fulwider is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $575,000 bail.

Parole violation — Nicholas Zachary Robert McCutcheon, 19, of the 100 block of Newtown Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for a parole violation, coercion. McCutcheon is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft — Steffanie Loriann McPherson, 21 of the 300 block of South Riverside Drive, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for four counts of first degree theft, third degree robbery, a warrant issued by Josephine County, as well as two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and fourth degree assault. McPherson is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $130,000 bail.

Parole violation — Laavale Molioo Jr., 35, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for a parole violation, first degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and misdemeanor charges of second degree criminal trespass, third degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Molioo is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $130,000 bail.

Contempt of court — Jovani Sanchez-Portillo, 35, no reported address. He was arrested Wednesday for contempt of court, after being in the Jackson County Jail since March 11 for four counts of first degree burglary. Sanchez-Portillo is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
