Identity theft — Michael Shane Akers, 40, of the 2400 block of Roberts Road, Medford. He was being held in the Jackson County Jail for two counts of contempt of court, violating a court order, beginning Sept. 3, and on Monday six counts of aggravated identity theft were added. Akers is being held at Jackson County Jail on $185,000 bail.
Parole violation — Michael Wallen Chrisco, 44, no reported address. He was arrested by Central Point Police Tuesday for a parole violation, first degree theft, as well as misdemeanor charges for interfering with an officer and providing false information to a peace officer. Chrisco is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Failures to appear — Monique Mary Anne Gallego-Mendeola, 23, of the 200 block of Northwest E Street, Grants Pass. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for first degree failure to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor second degree failures to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, reckless driving, reckless endangering and attempting to elude police by foot. Gallego-Mendeola is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $75,000 bail.
Failures to appear — Keith Allen Haynes, 55, no reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for first degree failures to appear for an injury hit-and-run vehicle, a parole violation, and first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument as well as misdemeanor failures to appear for public indecency and second degree disorderly conduct. Haynes is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Parole violations — Bonna Jean Miller, 58, no reported address. She was arrested Thursday for parole violations of third degree assault and attempting to elude police by vehicle as well as second degree assault. Misdemeanors include two counts of driving while intoxicated, two counts of reckless driving, driving while on a suspended or revoked license, and hit-and-run driving with property damage. Miller is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Witness tampering — Elijah Emanuel Plaza, 39, of the 900 block of Jackson Street, Medford. He was in the Jackson County Jail on a variety of charges related to domestic abuse — including three parole violations, strangulation — beginning Aug. 28 and on Monday seven counts of identity theft and two counts of tampering with a witness were added. Plaza is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Warrant — Brittney Erin Williams, 28, no reported address. She was arrested Tuesday on a warrant issued by Josephine County and a parole violation, unlawful delivery of heroin. Williams is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $65,000 bail.
