Felony arrests

Robbery — Jeanette Maria Ann Bautista, 31, no reported address. She had two charges added by the Jackson County Circuit Court Monday, third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor, menacing. Earlier felony charges include a probation violation, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree criminal mischief. Bautista is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault — Lamar Deshawn Cameron, 22, of the 2700 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. He had a charge added Monday, third-degree assault, added to earlier charges of second-degree rape, second degree sodomy and second degree sexual penetration. He is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $60,000 bail.

Fugitive warrant — Jerick Michael Collins-Fly, 29, of the 6400 block of Bryant Avenue, Klamath Falls. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for a felony fugitive warrant issued by California. Collins-Fly is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Joshuah Kadence Lynch Castro, 18, of the 17200 block of Antioch Road, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for unlawful use of a weapon and riot. Lynch Castro was released on bail.

Riot — Iyannah Agustina Perezchica, 18, of the 3800 block Heritage Way, White City. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for riot. Perezchica was released on bail.

Riot — Marcus Darryl Houston, 19, of the 1500 block of Bryant Street, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for riot. Houston was released on his own recognizance.

Riot — Moses Emanuel Lamas, 18, of the 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for riot. Lamas was released on his own recognizance.

Riot — Christian Warren Wagner, 20, of Aztec Circle, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for riot. Wagner was released on bail.

Probation violation — Adan Contreras-Rivas, 40, of the 800 block of Taylor Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for a probation violation, third degree rape, and had charged added Tuesday for first-degree theft and criminal possession of rented or leased property. Contreras-Rivas is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $400,000 bail.

Parole violation — Steven Wayne Fennell, 36, of the 800 block of Taylor Street, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a parole violation, first-degree burglary, and two misdemeanors: harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. Fennell is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failures to appear — Bruce Eddie Franklin, 40, of the 2000 block of Delta Waters, Medford. He was arrested Monday for various failures to appear on charges of aggravated first degree theft, first degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, identity theft, first-degree forgery, attempting to elude a police vehicle, and two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as separate charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Parole violation — Tommy Lee Alan Forsythe, 27, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for a parole violation, failing to report as a sex offender, along with two counts for failing to report as a sex offender, and misdemeanor charges for first-degree criminal trespass, unblawful possession of methamphetamine and two counts for failing to appear for failing to report as a sex offender. Forsythe is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $125,000 bail.

Fugitive warrant — David Anthony Garza Leventon, 35, of the 100 block Seroba Circle, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a fugitive warrant issued by California. Garza Leventon is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault — Maitland-Anthony Kahikinaokala Kamaunu, 26 of the 900 block of North Rose Street, Phoenix. He had a charge added Monday, third-degree assault, added to earlier charges including a parole violation of online sexual corruption of a child in the first degree, coercion, and criminal mischief in the first degree, and assault in the fourth degree pertaining to domestic abuse. Kamaunu is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault — Charles Wesley Kincheloe, 30, of the 600 block of Pine Street, Medford. He had a charge added Monday, third-degree assault, added to earlier charges, including two counts of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and fourth degree felony assault. Kincheloe is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Rape — Treven James Moon, 31, of the 200 block of Still Pond Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for charges of second-degree sexual abuse and third-degree rape. Moon is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Marcos Antonio Moran, 42, of the 100 block of River Road, Houston Texas. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for unlawful use of a weapon, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. He is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $100,000.

Restricted weapon — Adan Ramirez-Gamboa, 27, no reported address. He had a charge added by the Circuit Court Tuesday: felon in possession of a restricted weapon, added to earlier charges, including probation violations, two counts of fourth degree domestic abuse and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $80,000 bail.

Burglary — Lindsey Carole Reed, 33, of the 5400 block of Sardine Creek, Gold Hill. She had charges added by the Circuit Court for first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor, second-degree theft, to earlier felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree assault.

Probation violations — Christopher Jason Short 32, of the 200 block of Holiday Lane, Talent. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for probation violations, first degree burglary and unlawful; possession of heroin. Short is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $35,000 bail.

Assault — Kacey Allen Smith, 31, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested Monday for third-degree assault, a charge added to his earlier federal hold. Smith is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Warrants — Hailey Joy Albright, 25, of the 3600 block of West 18th Avenue, Eugene. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for warrants issued by Lane and Marion counties, identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, attempting to elude police by vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle as well as misdemeanor charges for being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, providing false information to a police officer, reckless driving, reckless endangering, and hit-and-run driving with property damage. Albright is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $145,000.

Marijuana — Mitchell Steven Anderson, 28, of the 500 block of Marcy Loop Road, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item, unlawful possession of a marijuana item by someone age 21 or older and unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. Anderson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $22,500.

Burglary — Kenneth James Hawk, 39, no reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges for second-degree criminal mischief and three counts of strangulation. Hawk is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $40,000 bail.

Probation violations — John Thomas Haynes, 63, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for two probation violations, failure to report as a sex offender and two counts for not reporting as a sex offender as well as three misdemeanor counts for failing to report as a sex offender. Haynes being held in the Jackson County Jail for $35,000 bail.

Probation violation — Tanner Charles McNew, 29, off the 100 block of Perrydale Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point Police Wednesday for a probation violation, failing to appear for unlawful delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance. McNew is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.

Marijuana — Ryan Adam O’Connell, 40, of the 900 block of Thompson Creek Road, Applegate. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item, unlawful possession of a marijuana item by someone age 21 or older and unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. O’Connell is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $22,500.

Heroin — Venice Yaffa Valentina, 33, of the 2200 block of Gene Cameron Way, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for unlawful delivery of heroin and unlawful manufacture of heroin as well as a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Valentina is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.

Assault — Rhianna Leann Wilson, 34, of the 300 block of Independence Circle, Phoenix. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for a hit-and-run vehicle accident causing injury, second degree assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and two misdemeanor counts of menacing. She is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $100,000 bail.
