Felony arrests

Drugs — Tyler Richard Chicano, 28, of the 500 block of Midway Road, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and a probation violation for failure to appear for unlawful delivery of heroin as well as misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass. Chicano was released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Jeffrey Scott Deweese, 44, of the 1600 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue, Roseburg. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and two counts of second-degree theft. DeWeese was released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Monique Mary Anne Gallego-Mendeola, 23, of the 200 block of Northwest E Street, Grants Pass. She was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for failing to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude police by vehicle as well as misdemeanor failures to appear for reckless driving, reckless endangering and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Gallego-Mendeola was released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Michael C. Harrell, 50, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Saturday for failing to appear for unlawful delivery of heroin and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as well as misdemeanor charges for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and two counts of second-degree theft. Harrell was released on his own recognizance.

Mail theft — Omar Salas Ibarra, 32, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. He was arrested by Jackson City Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for 10 counts of mail theft and conspiracy to alter or obliterate firearm identification numbers. Ibarra is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $82,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Abelardo Parra Parra Chavez, 44, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested Friday by Medford Police for failing to appear for coercion and unlawful use of a stun, tear gas or mace as well as for misdemeanor failures to appear for harassment, fourth degree assault pertaining to domestic violence and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Parra Chavez is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $100,000 bail.

Parole violation-felonies — Casey Alan Reynolds, 29, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for a parole violation, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, injury hit and run vehicle driving, first-degree criminal mistreatment, three counts of attempting to elude police by vehicle and a variety of misdemeanor offenses. He is being held in the Jackson County without bail.

Robbery — Jason Aaron Weinberger, 33, of the 800 block of Hillview Drive, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland Police Friday for third-degree robbery as well as misdemeanor charges for second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. Weinberger is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $17,500 bail.

Parole violation — Daniel Norman Zeigler, 44, of the 1900 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday for a parole violation, unlawful delivery of heroin. Zeigler is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
