Felony arrests

Warrant — Andrew James Caucutt, 33, no reported address. He was arrested by Eagle Point Police Sunday for a federal warrant. Caucutt is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Parole violation — Sheena Ann Cortez, 36, of the 2100 block of Table Rock, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Monday for a parole violation, unlawful delivery of heroin, and for unauthorized use of a vehicle. Cortez is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Parole violation — Richard Wallace Carlyle, 40, of 5600 block of Sardine Creek Fork, Gold Hill. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for a parole violation, criminal possession of a forged instrument. Carlyle is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failures to appear — Phillip Michael Delacruz, 41 of the 1600 block of Easy Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failure to appear for first-degree burglary as well as for misdemeanor failures to appear of resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and interfering with a peace, parole or probation officer. Delacruz is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Probation violations — Alex Lewis Fisher, 29, no reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a parole violation, arson, and for a misdemeanor parole violation, unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Lewis is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail.

Arson — Nicholas John George, 36, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested Monday for first-degree arson, unlawful manufacture of a destructive device, unlawful use of a weapon and fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic violence as well as a misdemeanor: harassment. George is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Theft — Philip Scott Gibson, 36, of the 6300 block of northeast 42nd Street, Portland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for first-degree theft. Gibson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,000 bail.

Probation violation — Matthew Scott Horton, 26, of the 200 block of Ivory, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for a probation violation, aggravated harassment. Horton is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Attempted rape — Matthew James Huelter, 27, of the 6800 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for first-degree attempted rape. Huelter is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Omar Salas Ibarra, 32, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful manufacture of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance as well as misdemeanor charges that include two counts of harassment, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failing to carry or present license to police. He was first arrested Saturday for charges that include mail theft and aggravated identity theft. Ibarra is being held in the Jackson County jail for $131,000 bail.

Parole violation — Ralph Waldo Marsh III, of the 13600 block of Southeast 37th Street, Bellevue, Washington. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a parole violation, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Marsh is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Strangulation — Samuel R. Timoco, 33, of 100 block of Mace Road, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse. He was released from custody on his own recognizance.

Parole violation — Sandy Frank Williams, 44, no reported address. He was arrested Tuesday for a parole violation, first-degree burglary. Williams is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failures to appear — Matthew Joe Hutchinson, 35, of the 7200 block of Cramer Drive, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear for attempting to elude police by vehicle as well as for misdemeanor failures to appear: attempting to elude police by foot, interfering with a peace, parole or probation officer and two counts of reckless driving. Hutchinson’s bail information was unknown.
