Felony arrests

Failures to appear — Kerman Cecil Smith, 59 of the 6200 block of East Evans Road, Wimer. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failing to appear for an attempted second-degree kidnapping charge as well as for misdemeanor failures to appear for violating a protective court order pertaining to stalking, two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing, three counts of violating a protective court order pertaining to stalking. Smith is being held in the Jackson county Jail on $290,000 bail.

Firearm possession — Martin Eric Baker, 42, of the 2200 block of Biddle Road, Medford. He was charged by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Baker is in home detention.

Warrant — Joseph Wayne Fiskin, 33, no reported address. He was arrested by Talent Police for a warrant issued by Josephine County. Fiskin is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Probation violations — Jason Paul Gibbs, 35, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for probation violations, first degree burglary. Gibbs is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail

Drugs — Tanner Charles McNew, 29, of the 100 block of Perrydale Avenue, Medford. He was charged for attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested Oct. 6 for failing to appear on a probation violation, unlawful delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance and was scheduled for release on Oct. 26. McNew is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Warrant — Christopher Andrew Postlethwait, 28, of the 200 block of East Main Street, Klamath Falls. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday for a warrant issued by Klamath County and on Thursday had added charges for misdemeanor failures to appear for fourth-degree assault, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless endangerment. Postlethwait is being held in the Jackson County jail without bail.

Failures to appear — Moises Rodriguez-Regaldo, 32, of the 400 block of Haven Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for failures to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine as well as misdemeanor failures to appear for being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon and two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was released on his own recognizance.

Probation violation — Danee Patricia Donna Conken, 30, of the 5500 block of North Pacific Highway, Phoenix. She was arrested by Phoenix Police Thursday for a probation violation, unlawful possession of heroin. Conken was being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail but was listed as being released today.
