Felony arrests

Coercion — Talon Brandon Beemer, 23, of the 2800 block of Avenue A, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for coercion as well as misdemeanor charges for harassment, interfering with making a report and fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic violence. Beemer was released on his own recognizance.

Warrant-parole violation — Shane Michael Cardoza, 50, of no reported address, Central Point. He was arrested by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies on Saturday for a warrant issued in California and for a parole violation, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Cardoza is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Warrant — Randy Ray Doty, 50, of the 6200 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Phoenix Police for a warrant issued by Washington County. Doty is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Keith Allen Haynes, 56, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for a failure to appear warrant, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. No further information was available about this case.

Parole violation — Eden Marie Marks, 28, of no reported address, Central Point. She was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for a parole violation, unlawful possession of heroin. Marks is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Parole violation — Justin Ryan Salinas, 35, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for a parole violation, attempted second-degree assault. Salinas is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Norman Paul Thompson,43, of the 800 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for two counts of failing to appear for unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor charges for failures to appear for menacing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct. Thompson is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $20,500 bail.
