Coercion — Chanc Nicholas Lopez, 25, of the 2400 block of Edgemont Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Lopez Monday on charges of menacing, coercion, animal abuse in the second degree and harassment. He was booked into jail and held on $17,500 bail.
Strangulation — Sean Michael Umina, 56, of the 1400 block of Scofield Street, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Umina Monday on three charges of harassment and two charges of strangulation. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Monday.
Drugs — Alejandro Villa, 43, no address reported. Medford police arrested Villa Monday on charges of delivering methamphetamine, possessing heroin and methamphetamine, theft in the third degree and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Robbery — Kien Vinh Vong, 48, of Sacramento. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Vong Thursday on three charges of robbery in the first degree, four charges of robbery in the second degree, three charges of assault in the second degree, burglary in the first degree, three charges of unlawful use of a weapon and aggravated theft in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $100,000 bail.
