Drugs — Bryan Derek Schuler, 53, of the 300 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine and for a parole violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Schuler is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Dante Lamont Odell, 20, of the 2700 block of Heritage Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for failure to appear for these charges: first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, third- degree assault, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a firearm, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon and tampering with a witness as well as misdemeanor offenses. Odell is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $97,000 bail.
Failure to appear — Crystal Jean Evans, 30, of the 8200 block of Kimberly Court, White City. She was arrested by Phoenix Police Wednesday for 10 counts of failing to appear for identity theft as well as single counts for first-degree theft and unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine. Evans was released on her own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Joshua James Fugate, 34, no reported address, Roseburg. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failing to appear for first-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree burglary and multiple misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Fugate is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.
Unauthorized use of motor vehicle — Talia Dawn Hamlett-Delacruz, 23, of the 1600 block of Easy Street, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for unauthorized use of a stolen vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. Hamlett-Delacruz is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $12,500 bail.
Failure to appear — Tristan William Moore, 25, of the 300 block of Avrey Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Eagle Point Police Wednesday for failing to appear for these charges: strangulation pertaining to domestic violence, two counts of attempting to elude police by vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked license and multiple misdemeanor failing to appear charges. Moore is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $35,000 bail.
Theft — Michael Paul Wagner, 45, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for first-degree theft and misdemeanor charges. Wagner was released on his own recognizance.
Theft — Joey Boy Zack, 20, of the 100 block of the North Columbus Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for first-degree theft. Zack was released on his own recognizance.
