Failure to appear — Shane Michael Cardoza, 50, of no reported address, Central Point. He was charged Thursday for failing to appear for these offenses: unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine as well as multiple misdemeanors. Cardoza has been held in the Jackson County Jail without bail since Oct. 16 for a warrant issued in California.
Warrant — Steven Richard Nagel, 34, of the 500 block of Fairmount Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for a warrant issued in Douglas County and failure to appear for these charges: felon in possession of a firearm, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin as well as misdemeanors. Nagel is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $83,000 bail.
Domestic abuse — Carlos Alberto Parra-Tabira, 30, of the 1000 block of Narregan Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanors. Parra-Tabira is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $17,500 bail.
Driving while intoxicated — Eric Ivan Ramirez, 30, of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for driving under the influence of alcohol, attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanor offenses. Ramirez is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail for a probation violation.
Failure to appear — Theresa Elaine Rodinsky, 44, of the 700 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. She was arrested by Oregon State Police Thursday for failing to report as a sex offender. Rodinsky was released on her own recognizance.
Drugs — Dominique Nora Straughter, 34, of the 58000 block of Southeast 91 Avenue, Portland. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Thursday for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine to a minor and unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine. No further information was available.
