Felony arrests

Assault — James Lee Beyl, 59, of the 600 block of Covered Bridge Road, Rogue River. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and a misdemeanor offense. Beyl was released on his own recognizance.

Strangulation — David Michael Fernberg, 40, of the 7000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanor offenses. Fernberg is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $5,000 bail.

Strangulation — Joshua Lee Fitzgerald, 20, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, first-degree burglary, coercion and misdemeanor offenses. Fitzgerald is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Burglary — Angela Marie Owen, 45, of the 50 block of Mace Road, Medford. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for first-degree burglary. Owen is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Domenic Robert Pritchett, 31 of the 400 block of Midway Road, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor offenses. Pritchett is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $50,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Brian Tyler Smith, 20, of the 600 block of Palo Verde Way, Central Point. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failure to appear on both unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree burglary as well as misdemeanors. Smith is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,000 bail.
