Felony arrests

Felony DUI — Joseph Christopher Henry, 52, 4600 block of North Pacific Highway, Central Point. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for felony driving under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor offenses. Henry was released on his own recognizance.

Felony assault — Eduardo Noe Cortes-Cortes, 23, of the 2300 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse, unlawful use of a weapon, coercion and misdemeanors. Cortes-Cortes was released on his own recognizance.

Unlawful use of weapon — Enriquez Gomez Dominguez, 29, of no reported personal address, Eureka, California. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Dominguez was released on his own recognizance.

Identity theft — Kyle Daniel Mello, 27 of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for Identity theft, unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Mello is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $50,500 bail.

Drugs — Toby Jo Nigrelli, 47, of the 300 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for failure to appear for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor. Nigrelli was released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Cynthia Leora Short, 54, of no reported address, Medford. She was arrested by Phoenix Police Saturday for unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful manufacture of heroin, and these failure to appear charges: unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of heroin, four counts of first-degree theft as well as misdemeanor offenses. Short was released on her own recognizance.
