Elude — David Allen Dinius, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Dinius Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on a warrant for failing to report to jail on a prior methamphetamine delivery conviction. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Saturday and was held without bail Monday.
Elude — Matthew James Matlock, 32, of the 300 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Matlock Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, hit-and-run property damage, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawfully entering into a motor vehicle and interfering with a police officer. He was booked in the jail Saturday and was released Sunday on his own recognizance.
Robbery — Patrick James Romano, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Romano Saturday on warrants charging him with felony counts of first-, second- and third-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor counts of menacing, third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Monday without bail.
Drugs — David Americus Hixson, 59, of the 2500 block of Bel Abbes Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hixson Sunday on warrants charging him with felony counts of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine and unlawfully delivering a marijuana item, a misdemeanor count of unlawfully possessing meth and for violating his parole on prior first-degree burglary conviction. He was held in jail Monday without bail.
Aggravated Harassment — Matthew Wayne Lile, 36, of the 5900 block of Peace Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Lile Sunday on a felony charge of aggravated harassment and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Sunday and no longer an inmate as of Monday.
