Felony arrests

Burglary — Cassie James Cavagnaro, 33, of no reported address, Medford. She was charged in Jackson County Circuit Court for second-degree burglary and two misdemeanors. Cavagnaro remains in the Jackson County Jail without bail for earlier charges.

Drugs — Travis James Christy, 37, of the 2200 block of Gene Cameron Way, Medford. A count of unlawful possession of heroin was added Wednesday to earlier charges. Christy is being held in the Jackson County Jail for a total of $130,000 bail.

Burglary — Joan Lorrianine Ferguson, 29, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police for first-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Ferguson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $27,500 bail.

Warrant — Jonathan Jovan Garza, 31, of the 1900 block of West Pico Avenue, Fresno, California. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a felony warrant issued in California. Garza is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Eluding — Jacob Benjamin Hefner, 38, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point Police Tuesday for attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Garza is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $10,000 bail.

Warrant — Mark Kloss De Leon Martinez, 58, of the 1200 block of South East 162nd Avenue, Portland. He was arrested for a warrant issued in Josephine County, probation violations and misdemeanors. Martinez is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $32,500 bail.

Drugs — Devaun Michelle Muder, 31, of the 500 block of North Main Street, Ashland. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for failure to appear for these charges: unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a probation violation and misdemeanor. Bail information was unavailable.

Warrant — Bailey Russel Overby-Brod, 21, of the 300 block of Morningside Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for a warrant issued by Josephine County and misdemeanors. Overby-Brod is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $65,000 bail.
