Felony arrests

Assault — Kelly Joann Graddy, 49, of the 4000 block of Yale Creek Road, Jacksonville. Central Point police arrested Graddy Saturday on one charge of assault in the fourth degree. She was booked into jail and released on bail Sunday.

Eluding— Amy Lee Keith, 45, of Redding, Calif. Medford police arrested Keith Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, attempting to elude police by foot and resisting arrest. She was booked into jail and held on $30,000 bail.

Firearm — Benjamin Eugene McFarland, 36, of the 4900 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested McFarland Saturday on one charge of felon possessing a firearm and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other charges.

Eluding — Itziar Asael Ortiz Guzman, 25, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ortiz Guzman Saturday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving, and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other charges. He was booked into jail Saturday and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Burglary — Floyd Byron Taylor, 61, of the 2400 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Saturday on charges of interfering with an officer, criminal trespass, burglary in the second degree, theft in the third degree and conspiracy to commit burglary in the second degree. He was booked into jail Saturday and released on his own recognizance Sunday.

Burglary — Pedro Villagrana, 46, of the 300 block of South B Street, Phoenix. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Saturday on charges of criminal trespass in the second degree, burglary in the second degree, theft in the third degree, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit burglary in the second degree. He was booked into jail Saturday and released on his own recognizance Sunday.
