Felony arrests

Warrant — Jennifer Ann Archuleta, 29, of no reported address, Ashland. She was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for a felony warrant issued in California and a probation violation. Archuleta is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle — James Austin Buchanan, 22, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to report as a sex offender and misdemeanors. Buchanan is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $27,500 bail.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle — Stephanie Chavez, 31, of the 800 block of 81st Street, Portland. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for unauthorized use of a vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle and a misdemeanor. Chavez was released on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Jason Maza, 46, of the 11900 block of Northeast Couch St., Portland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for second-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Maza was released on his own recognizance.

Contraband — Andrei Martin Silva, 24, of no reported address, Cottage Grove. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for supplying contraband within a correctional facility or state hospital, a Lane County bench warrant and a misdemeanor. Silva was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs-child neglect — Richard Wayne Stepp Jr., 39, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for one count each of unlawful manufacture, delivery and possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine, first-degree child neglect, second-degree burglary and other charges. Stepp is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $125,000 bail.

Drugs — Khiara Natalie Wagner, 33, of the 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for failure to appear for unlawful possession of heroin and a misdemeanor. Wagner was released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Lucas John Wollenburg, 31, of the 400 block of South Valley View Road, Ashland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for unlawful delivery of heroin, a probation violation and misdemeanors. Wollenburg is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $38,500 bail.

Drugs — Cole Alexzander Ziegler, 26, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and a parole violation. Ziegler is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Eluding —Terrance Jeffrey Chavers, 32, of the 6800 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Friday for two counts of attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. He was arrested in October for similar eluding charges. Chavers is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Jessie Everett Fields, 31, of the 800 block of Brownsboro Highway, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for failure to appear for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine. Fields was bailed out.

Robbery — Adam James Hackworth, 42, of the 8000 block of Thunderhead Avenue, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for failure to appear for third-degree robbery and misdemeanors. Hackworth is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail.

Identity theft —Joshua Wayne Haussler, 30 of the 1700 block of Hull Road, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Friday for three counts of identity theft. He was arrested on other charges in August. Haussler is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Brandon Lee Joseph, 31, 3300 block of Creek View Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failure to appear for these charges: unlawful delivery and unlawful possession of less than one ounce methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin and misdemeanors. Joseph is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $55,000 bail.

Drugs — Kenneth Duane Vinzant Jr., 38, of the 800 block of Duncan Street, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County District Court for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine. He was arrested for a different charge in July. Vinzant is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
