Felony arrests

Note: The Jackson County Jail Roster was offline late Tuesday so no bail information was available.

Theft — Bobby Joe Mitchell, 35, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for first-degree theft as well as failure to appear on both three counts of identity theft, first-degree theft and misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Reina White Olbera, 42, of the 7800 block of Quebec Circle, White City. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Sunday for failure to appear on both unlawful delivery and possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine as well as misdemeanors. Olbera was released on her own recognizance.

Weapon — Martin Wilson Page, 55, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor. Page was released on his own recognizance.

Theft-domestic abuse — Alexander Vidal Aguirre, 33, of the 200 block of King Street, Medford. He was arrested Tuesday for second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, two counts of fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse, coercion, endangering a person protected by a Family Abuse Prevention Act restraining order and failure to appear for these charges: five counts of identity theft, two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse, strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, endangering a person protected by a Family Abuse Prevention Act restraining order and misdemeanors.

Coercion — Aidan Murphy Boyers, 20, of the 2600 block of Foley Court, Sacramento, California. He was arrested by Ashland Police Tuesday for coercion, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors.

Coercion — Levi Ryder Buday, 25, of the 1500 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for coercion and unauthorized use of an automobile.

Vehicle theft — Dillan James Fuerstenberg, 28, of the 3700 block of Falcon Street, White City. He was arrested by Central Point Police Monday for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failure to appear on these charges: first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a stolen vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Robbery — James Dean Orrick, 21, of no reported address, Medford. He was charged in the Jackson County Circuit Court Monday for third-degree robbery and misdemeanors.

Warrant — Bobby Aaron James Owens, 29, of the 500 block of South Olympia Street, Kennewick, Washington. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for a fugitive felony warrant issued in Washington and a misdemeanor. Owens was released on his own recognizance.

Firearm possession — Bart Anthony Tardif, 62, of the 100 block of Birch Street, Shady Cove. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for being a felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanors.
