Felony arrests

Assault — Preston Gene Babb, 26, of the 2300 block of Asher Drive, Medford. Talent police arrested Babb Friday on charges of assault in the fourth degree, criminal trespass in the first degree and criminal mischief in the second degree. He was booked into jail Friday and released on his own recognizance Saturday.

Weapon — Terry Lee Bartley, 35, of the 2400 block of Hawaiian Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Bartley Friday on charges of criminal trespass in the second degree, disorderly conduct and felon possessing a restricted weapon. He was booked into jail Friday and released on his own recognizance Saturday.

Assault — Kristine Renee Fair, 46, no address reported. Medford police arrested Fair Saturday on charges of criminal trespass in the second degree, harassment, resisting arrest, assaulting an officer and criminal trespass in the second degree. She was booked into jail and held on $20,500 bail.

DUI — Bradley Lyle Lesh, 30, no address reported. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lesh Saturday on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license, reckless driving, theft in the second degree and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other charges. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Saturday.

Weapon — Renae Evelyn Curtis, 27, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Curtis Saturday on two charges of menacing and two charges of unlawful use of a weapon. She was booked into jail Saturday and released on her own recognizance Sunday.

Weapon — Gina Marie Dibetta, 54, of the 2900 block of Rosewood Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dibetta Sunday on charges of menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and attempted assault in the second degree. She was booked into jail and held on $20,000 bail.

Arson — Jeffrey Jon Swails, 50, no address reported. Oregon State police arrested Swails Saturday on two charges of arson in the first degree and reckless endangering. He was booked into jail and held on $205,000 bail.
