Felony arrests

Warrant — Kurtis Arthur Algard, 53, of no reported address, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland Police Saturday for a fugitive warrant issued in Montana and a misdemeanor. Algard is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Aggravated harassment — Nikolas Tyler Brewer, 26, of the 2100 block of Crestbrook Road, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for aggravated harassment and a misdemeanor. Brewer is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $10,000 bail.

Drugs — Mitzie Marie Conley, 37, of Dunlap Road, Jacksonville. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for two counts of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful manufacture of heroin, unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of a marijuana item, and possession of a stolen vehicle. Conley is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $1.065 million bail.

DUII — Robert Allen Johns, 39, of the 600 block of Jacksonville Reservoir Road, Jacksonville. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for driving while a license is suspended or revoked, driving while under the influence of intoxicants after prior convictions and a misdemeanor. Johns was released on his own recognizance.

Strangulation — Cody Lane Raney, 25, of the 2500 block of South Stage Road, Medford. He was arrested by Ashland Police Saturday for failing to appear for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanors. Raney was released on his own recognizance.
