Felony arrests

Unauthorized use — Joshua Michael Kirkman, 25, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kirkman Saturday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving and reckless endangering, and on warrant for alleged parole violations. He was booked into jail and held without bail.

Weapon — Juan Jubentino Conchas, 24, of the 1000 block of La Loma Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Conchas Sunday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and assault in the second and fourth degrees. He was booked into jail and held on $70,000 bail.

Kidnapping — Ronald Earl Gibson Jr., 44, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gibson Monday on charges of kidnapping in the second degree, coercion, false reporting, assault in the fourth degree and interfering with an officer. He was booked into jail and held on $150,000 bail.

Burglary — Michael David Jackson, 58, no address reported. Ashland police arrested Jackson Monday on charges of burglary in the second degree, assault in the fourth degree, harassment, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Monday.
