No arrests were made Tuesday when the Southern Oregon Child Exploitation Team and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies searched a house in White City.

The search, at a residence in the 2500 block of Terrmont Street, was related to numerous child pornography images allegedly uploaded from the 700 block of Hedy Jayne in Medford.

Police said they were continuing to interview possible witnesses and involved parties. No arrests were made Tuesday, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.

Tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the investigation, according to a press release from police.

Police said the tip led to the seizure of nearly 47,000 images. Each photo will be scrutinized, the sheriff’s office said.

Digital devices were seized at the White City residence and will be examined by the Southern Oregon High-Tech Crimes Task Force, police said.
