Medford police released this surveillance photo of the suspect who robbed First Interstate Bank and Banner Bank Tuesday morning. Both financial institutions are located in the 2600 block of East Barnett Road.

Police were investigating potential leads after a man robbed two banks on Barnett Road just after 10 a.m. Tuesday.

“It appears the suspect robbed the First Interstate and then Banner Bank,” on the 2600 block of East Barnett Road, police said.

He was last seen walking away near “the Larson Creek bike path,” police said.

The suspect was described as a white man in his mid-40s, 5-feet-8 and with a medium build. He was wearing a dark or camouflage hoodie, black sunglasses, an American flag hat or visor and a blue mask.

No one was injured during the robberies.

Medford Police are using this surveillance photo from First Interstate Bank of the suspect who robbed it as well as Banner Bank on Tuesday morning. Both banks are located in the 2600 block of East Barnett Road.

Police said the suspect wasn’t seen with a weapon at either location.

However, he “was aggressive in words and actions” as he asked bank employees to comply, said Medford police Lt. Mike Budreau.

The robber took undisclosed amounts of cash from the two banks.
