Felony arrests

Manslaughter — Alex James Seyer, 30, of 3200 block of Bristow Road, Grants Pass. He was arrested Wednesday for first-degree manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, failure to perform duties of a driver to injured persons, and a misdemeanor. Seyer is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $1 million bail pertaining to these charges as well as another $50,000 bail for another case.

Sexual abuse — Jake Lynn Wood, 34, of the 200 block of South T Street, Lakeview. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sexual penetration. Wood is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $250,000 bail.

Identity theft-agency hold — David Arlo Jackson, 34, of the 5000 block of Crowfoot Road, Trail. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Thursday for two counts of first-degree theft and failure to appear for these charges: four counts of identity theft, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors and an unidentified agency has asked that he be held for an unrelated matter. Jackson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $575,000 bail.

Drugs — Lehman Louis Adams III, 27, of the 200 block of Loper Lane, Trail. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for being a felon in possession of a firearm; one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of heroin; one count each of unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance; unlawful delivery and possession of less than one ounce of methamphetamine; and misdemeanors. Adams is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $97,500 bail.

Robbery — Raymond James Bailey, 29, of the 2400 block of Amaryllis Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, second-degree assault and misdemeanor charges. Bailey is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $500,000 bail.

Coercion — Zachary Kirk Bevens, 50, of the 1000 block of Azure Way, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Eagle Point Police Thursday for coercion and misdemeanors. Bail information was unavailable.

Drugs — Cheyenne Rose Brannon, 28, of the 1300 block of Phoenix Road, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for one count each of unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Brannon was released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Jesus Armando Burgos Angulo, 28, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Burgos Angulo is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $507,500 bail.

Identity theft — Dominic Agapito Earl Fletes, 20, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for four counts of identity theft, one count of first-degree forgery and misdemeanors. Fletes is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Kelsie Kalyn Marie Magle, 30, of the 2000 block of Sandra Place, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for failing to appear on these charges: three counts of unlawful possession of a destructive device, identity theft, first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and misdemeanors. Magle is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $52,500 bail.

Criminal mischief — Byron Hays Rogers, 37, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Rogers is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $17,500 bail.

Warrant — Michael David Roper, 32, of the 700 block of Hazel Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police Thursday for failing to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a felony warrant issued by Josephine County. Roper is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $67,500 bail, which includes a probation violation.

Drugs — Sarah Rosalee Shook, 44, of the 7700 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. She was arrested by Oregon State Police Wednesday for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Shook is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Benjamin Joseph Strusz, 36, of the 9400 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police Thursday for failing to appear for these charges: identity theft, one count each unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of heroin; and misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
