Felony arrests

Drugs — Rita Marie Cimfl, 40, of the 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for identity theft, one count each of unlawful manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, three counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Cimfl is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $160,000 bail.

Robbery — Ryan Mitchell Drennen, 44, of the 1700 block of Hull Road, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for attempted first-degree robbery, criminal impersonation of a peace officer and a misdemeanor. Drennen was released on bail.

Robbery — Derek Whitfield Gargus, 36, of the 100 block of Huntley Lane, Phoenix. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery and misdemeanors. Gargus is being held in the Jackson County Jail.

Theft — Travis Ryan Daniels, 33, of the 1500 block of Oleander Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for failing to appear for first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree aggravated theft and second-degree burglary. Daniels was released on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Braya Lilly Delacruz-Hamlett, 20, of the 1600 block of East Street, Medford. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery and second-degree assault. No bail information was available.

Assault — Randall Dean Kirby, 40, of the 100 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and a misdemeanor. Kirby was released on his own recognizance.

Eluding — Dylan James Stradford, 34, of the 5000 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. He was arrested by Central Point Police Thursday for attempting to elude police by vehicle, a warrant issued in Clackamas County, and misdemeanors. Stradford is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Strangulation — Cristian Tovar, 24, of the 500 block of Morningside Street, Medford. He was arrested for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanor. Tovar was released on his own recognizance.
