Felony arrests

Theft — Levi Ryder Buday, 25, of the 1500 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point Police Wednesday for first-degree theft and misdemeanors. Buday is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Brian Dee Forbes, 52, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for one count each of possession, manufacturing and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance; manufacturing and delivery of heroin; unlawful possession and manufacture of a marijuana item; being a felon in possession of a firearm; fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; and, misdemeanors. Forbes is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $105,000 bail.

Burglary — Anthony Lee Forth, 39, of the 2000 block of Kingswood Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for first-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Forth was released on his own recognizance.

Fugitive — David Anthony Garza-Leventon, 35, of the 100 block of Seroba Circle, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for a fugitive warrant issued in California. Garza-Leverton is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to report as sex offender — Jarvis O.J. Gronholm, 36, of the urban campground, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to report as a sex offender and a parole violation. Gronholm is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Burglary — Robert Gene Morgan Jr., 61, of the 16100 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers and a misdemeanor. Morgan is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $37,500 bail.

Burglary — Jeptha Philip Stricklin, 28, of the 18200 Redwood Highway, Selma. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for first-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Stricklin is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $45,000 bail.

Unauthorizied use of a motor vehicle — Jamel Gerard Vanhook, 28, of the 100 block of Hilltop Road, Talent. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree robbery, a parole violation and misdemeanors. Vanhook is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
