Felony arrests

Sexual abuse — Louis Benino Padilla, 43, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. He is charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court with four counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of first-degree sodomy, seven counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and one count of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. Padilla is being held in the Jackson County Jail for a total of $750,000 bail, which includes earlier charges.

Criminal mischief — Jessy Eugene Cullmer, 44, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for failing to appear for first-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor and a probation violation. Cullmer is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Identity theft-witness tampering — Ronald Earl Gibson Jr. 44, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for five counts of aggravated identity theft and nine counts of witness tampering. Gibson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for a total of $650,000 bail, which includes earlier charges.

Mail theft — Joshua Denier Goheen, 37, of the 100 block of Bigham Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police for mail theft, a misdemeanor and probation violations. Goheen was released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Kalysta Renee Hite, 34, of the 800 block of Kimberly Court, White City. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for third-degree assault. Hite was released on her own recognizance.

Theft — Arianna Marie Moore, 29, no reported address. She was charged by Jackson County Circuit Court for first-degree theft and misdemeanors. Moore is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,000 bail.

Burglary-theft — Joseph Douglas Richard Niebergall, 23, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft, one count of second-degree burglary, one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine as well as misdemeanors and a parole violation. Niebergall is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Aggravated theft — Jeremiah Duane Richard, 33, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for aggravated first-degree theft, unlawful possession of heroin, driving with an invalid license, a misdemeanor and parole violation. He is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Criminal mischief — David Stuart Walden, 60, no reported address. He was arrested by Rogue River Police for failing to appear for first-degree criminal mischief. Walden is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.
