Felony arrests

Stolen vehicle possession — Anastasia Baldwin, 28, of no reported address, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police Friday for possession of a stolen vehicle. No bail information was available.

Burglary-assault — Nicholas Zachary Robert McCutcheon, 20, of the 100 block of Newtown Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for two counts of strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic violence and multiple probation violations. McCutcheon is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use — Daryl Lee Melfi, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and an out-of-county misdemeanor. No bail information was available.

Drugs — Hunter Alan Morin, 30, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for failing to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor. Morin was released on his own recognizance.

Identity theft — Gabriel Eduardo Ponce, 27, of the 400 block of Midway Road, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point Police Friday for failing to appear for identity theft, misdemeanors and a parole violation. Ponce is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Criminal mischief — Michael Allen Sanderson, 64, of the 200 block of Princess Way, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point Police for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Sanderson was released on bail.

Forged instruments — Christa Marie Berry, 35, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Saturday for two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and first-degree forgery. Berry was released on her own recognizance.

Theft – Lacey Jane Bryant-Lovrin, 33, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear for first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Bryant-Lovrin is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Drugs – Tyler John Chicano, 27, of the 500 block of Midway Road, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for unlawful possession, delivery and manufacture of heroin; unlawful manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine; and misdemeanors. Chicano was released on his own recognizance.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use – David Leroy Miles, 35, of no reported address, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Miles was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary – Joshua Dean Trisdale, 42, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Saturday for second-degree burglary, failing to appear for second-degree burglary and unlawful possession of methamphetamine as well as misdemeanors. Trisdale is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $33,000 bail..

Drugs – Anthony James Winsbury, 35, of the 22600 block of Highway 62, Trail. He was arrested by Medford Police Friday for failure to appear for one count each of unlawful possession of heroin and methamphetamine, attempting to elude police by vehicle, driving while license is suspended or revoked as well as misdemeanors and a parole violation. Winsbury is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
