Felony arrests

Theft-drugs – Ryan Lee Bice, 35, of the 800 block of Cherry Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford-area law enforcement or charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court for three counts of first-degree aggravated theft; seven counts of first-degree theft; four counts of identity theft; eight counts of supplying contraband; three counts of conspiracy to supply contraband; four counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine; two counts of unlawful possession of heroin; one count each of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, attempted unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, being a felon in possession of a firearm; attempting to elude police by vehicle, failure to appear for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Bice is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Drugs – Cyrus D. Childers III, 43, of the 1100 block of West 4th Street, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Medford Police for one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of heroin. No bail information was available.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use – Vanessa Carol Galindo, 24, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor. Galindo was released on her own recognizance.

Strangulation – Ty Clayton Hardee, 48, of the 2500 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. He was arrested Monday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and two misdemeanors. Hardee was released on his own recognizance.

Theft-drugs – Amber Lorrain McFall, 45, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. She was arrested Tuesday by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for failing to appear for first-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and two counts of unlawful possession of heroin. No bail information was available.

Fugitive – Antoine Deray Smith, 27, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for a felony warrant issued in Arkansas. Smith is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Theft – Cecili Sandra Tripp, 26, of the 100 block of Fir Street, Talent. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for first-degree theft, two misdemeanors and a probation violation. Tripp is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
