Felony arrests

Theft — Andres J. Aguilera Zizumbo, 21, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for attempted first-degree theft, second-degree kidnapping, third-degree robbery and misdemeanors as well as having charges from the Jackson County Circuit Court, one count each of unlawful possession and manufacture of methamphetamine. Aguilera Zizumbo is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $125,000 bail.

Stolen vehicle possession — Jennifer Ann Archuleta, 39, no reported address, Ashland. She was arrested by Central Point Police Wednesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and a misdemeanor. Archuleta was released on her own recognizance.

Robbery — Austin Lee Fiegi, 25, no reported address, Medford. He was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear for a charge of third-degree robbery and misdemeanor. Fiegi was released on his own recognizance.

Attempted sexual abuse — Christopher Paul Gomez, 32, of the 200 block of Napa Street, Eagle Point. He was arrested by the Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for two counts of attempted first-degree sexual abuse. Gomez is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Theft — Ryan William Nicholas, 27, of the 1700 block of South Main Street, Yreka, California. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Nicholas is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Andrea Dawn Yates, 40, of the 300 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. She was arrested by Medford Police for unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Yates was released on her own recognizance.
