Felony arrests

Drugs — Abdur Rashid Ali-Woods, 60, of Sacramento, California. He was arrested by Medford police Monday for delivering and manufacturing cocaine and being a felon possessing a restricted weapon. Ali-Woods was released on bail Monday.

Strangulation — Drew Aaron Oliver, 35, of the 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Sunday for strangulation and coercion. Oliver was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Dexter Dee Williams Jr., 45, reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for delivering, possessing and manufacturing methamphetamine, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and a parole violation. Williams is being held without bail in Jackson County Jail.

Theft — Angela Suzanne Biddle, 53, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to appear for first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and multiple misdemeanors. Biddle was released on her own recognizance.

Robbery — Robert Anthony Bluhm, 55, no reported address, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for third-degree robbery, coercion and a misdemeanor. Bluhm is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $22,500 bail.

Criminal mischief — Justin Dee Chapman, 36, of the 200 block of South Buchanan Street, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for first-degree criminal mischief , a misdemeanor and a parole violation. Chapman is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Robbery — Shawn Robert Lee Conte, 25, no reported address. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Monday for third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors after being arrested by Medford Police for a probation violation. Conte is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $100,000 bail.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use — Erica Kay Curtis-Niquette, 27, of the 5900 block of Upton Road, Central Point. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Curtis-Niquette was released on her own recognizance.

Weapon — Martin Wilson Page, 56, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to appear for an unlawful use of a weapon charge and misdemeanors. Page is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $13,500 bail.

Warrant — Walter Donnell Reed, 60, of South Central Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for a warrant issued in Lane County for identity theft. Reed is being held in the Jackson County jail for $50,000.

Drugs — Bradley Dean Sahlberg, 19, of the 5900 block of Upton Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Monday for unlawful possession of a marijuana item and misdemeanors. Sahlberg was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Jacob Alan Ultsch, 41, of the 700 block of West Main Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to appear on a charge of second-degree burglary, misdemeanors and a parole violation. Ultsch is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Robbery — Erin Anne Webber, 24, of the 500 block of Benson Street, Medford. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Monday for third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor. Webber was released on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Riley Patrick Wray, 20, of no reported address,. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for second-degree burglary, a misdemeanor and two probation violations. Wray is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail.
