Felony arrests

Identity theft — Miranda Josephine Burke, 27, of the 1000 block of Baxter Road, Salem. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for three counts of identity theft and a misdemeanor. Burke was released on her own recognizance.

Strangulation — John David Cearley, 37, of the 200 block of Haven Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanors. Cearley was released on his own recognizance.

Identity theft — Allen David Clark, 36, of the 3300 block of Northeast D Street, Salem. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for three counts of identity theft and multiple misdemeanors. Clerk was released on his own recognizance.

Not reporting as sex offender — John Daniel Maham, 48, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for failing to report as a sex offender and a parole violation. Maham is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Drugs — Anthony Ross Minneci, 33, of the 1800 block of Willow Glen Way, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for one count each of unlawful delivery and manufacture of heroin, unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance, attempting to elude police by vehicle, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failing to appear on these charges: three counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of unlawful possession of heroin, two counts of unlawful delivery of heroin, supplying contraband, other felony drug charges pertaining to cocaine and methamphetamine as well as misdemeanors and violating parole. Minneci is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Identity theft — Bobby Joe Mitchell, 35, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for failing to appear for three documents of identity theft, first-degree theft and multiple misdemeanors. Mitchell was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Bruno Osorio-Lopez, 22, of the 600 block of Palm Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for counts of unlawful possession of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine; unlawful delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine; unlawful delivery and manufacture of heroin; unlawful delivery and manufacture of cocaine. Osorio-Lopez is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $500,000 bail.

Identity theft — Nathan Patrick Smith, 32, of the 100 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for failing to appear for three counts of identity theft, a misdemeanor and parole violation. Smith is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Eluding — Brett William Turner, 31, of the 2900 block of Linard Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Turner was released on his own recognizance.Turner was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Nathan Michael Vobora, 39, of the 300 block of Red Blanket Road, Prospect. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Vobora was released on his own recognizance.

Warrant — Todd Andrea Whitfield, 52, of the 200 block of Mathis Street, Seagullville, Texas. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for a felony warrant issued in Texas. Whitfield is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
