Felony arrests

Burglary – Jesse Emmanuel Adame, 25, of no reported address, Medford. He was charged Wednesday with failing to appear for these charges: second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Adame is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail for an earlier parole violation.

Assault – Christopher David Howerton, 27, of the 200 block of East Main Street, Medford. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for failing to appear for assault on a peace or public safety officer and misdemeanors. Howerton was released on his own recognizance.

Theft – Casey Lyn Kerns, 38, of the 2600 block of MacGregory Court, Modesto, California. He was arrested by Medford Police for failing to appear for these charges: three counts of first-degree theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanors. Kerns is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $20,000 bail.

Theft – Christopher Larry McPherson, 42, of the 1400 block of South Court, Salem. He was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for failing to appear for identity theft, first-degree theft and misdemeanors. McPherson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail.
